Refund policy

Online Returns:

If you would like to return an order you have made through our website, please email onlineorders@theholliesfarmshop.co.uk to arrange your refund.

Returning Items:

Please note that we do not cover the delivery costs of returns. Items can be returned within 28 days from purchase date if they are in perfect condition and in original packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition.

We are unable to issue a refund for items that are lost, or damaged while being returned to us. We therefore recommend that you get proof of postage or a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Refunds In-Store:

All purchases made in store will need to be returned in store and within 28 days. Purchases made online can be returned in store if order confirmation sheet is retained and brought into store when returning.

Non-refundable Items:

For hygiene purposes, earrings are non-refundable.  Paint is made to order and therefore is non-refundable/ exchangeable.

Gift vouchers and e-vouchers are non-refundable.
